The negative pressure automatic water drainer is an indispensable automatic water drain device for the coal mine gas drainage system. It is suitable for automatic water draining of the main pipe, main pipe, and branch pipe of the gas drainage and utilization system.
<>
The automatic water drainer is installed in the low-lying part of the pipeline.
Select one of the pipe interfaces on the negative pressure automatic water drainer to connect to the main pipeline, and the other pipe interfaces to connect to the drainage branch pipe
Above Install a valve at each nipple to disconnect the drain pipe from the drain pipe during maintenance.
The connecting pipe can be made of cloth-covered rubber hose or steel pipe (it is best to use rubber hose for ease of installation and maintenance).
The water inlet controlled by the water discharger is located inside the water discharger. The water outlet is an external one-way valve and the valve body is a copper one-way valve
The water inlet of the water discharger must be lower than the bottom of the pipe.
The center line of the water discharger should be as vertical as possible and the horizontal deviation should be within &&.

Collision is strictly prohibited during transportation and must be handled with care.
After the water discharger is installed, the water discharge valve is not allowed to be submerged by the water in the tunnel, otherwise it will not be able to discharge water.
The area around the drain should be clean to prevent rock (coal) powder (mud) from blocking the drain valve.
The central axis of the water release device should be as vertical as possible to the horizontal plane in order to reduce the frictional resistance during the rise of the float.
Regularly check the working condition of the water discharger and deal with problems promptly if any problems are found.
